A native passionfruit (forum)

Please halp me to identify a native passionfruit which was given to me by an "old bushie" many years ago. It had vivid green fruit -never changed colour on ripening--vigorous grower--liked to grow up tall trees (never caused harm to them)--prolific bearer--never needed manual pollination--never needed pruning after fruiting (I couldn't climb up our tall tree)
The fruit was sweet but with a sour lemony tang to it.
I hope that this is enough information to get the botanical name and where such a plant can be obtained.
Many thanks May
PS It was not a grafted plant. It was indiginous and so liked the conditions in my Brisbane garden.

Would it be P. cinnabarina? Has variously been decribed as edible, unpalatable. Flowers are reddish in colour.
