Brown Mango flowers (forum)

We recently moved into a new property that has a 10-15 year old Mango tree. I have noticed that the flowers have been coming out lately but quickly turning brown and dying. Is this powdery mildew or something worse? The new growth also turns black and leaves have brown spots. If this is powdery mildew, can it be treated with the Lime Sulphur I recently got from greenharvest? Below are some phots.

Actually, maybe it is anthracnose. Is it too late to treat?
Thanks, Paul.
