I have this jackfruit tree for 5 years and it's been over the last 6 months. Everytime it fruits, it get mouldy, rot and drop off. What should I do? I'm open for any suggestions and advice on how to prevent this from happening.

Young jakfruit trees often have only male flowers for the first year or two of flowering. They usually go mouldy then drop. Maybe next season your tree will have some female flowers and you get some fruit.
