I'm guessing that after you have marked across the sheet at 90 deg, it's just a matter of hitting all the top radius's with a blunt chisel and it should fold up nicely.
Edit: wouldn't it be easier to cut the sheets to length and fix them to a corner post? or are you looking to fix both folded parts together so you have a postless corro garden bed?

Hi All,
Yes, it was going to be a 'no post etc' garden edge, well put another way, only 2 corner posts :-) We are surprised how strong the bend really is.
We cut the sheets down the middle, to make two sheets about 440mm wide, we figured that's a good garden edge height. Not only that, it's easier to bend a half sheet then a full sheet :-)
We then clamped it to an upside-down table, which has two horizontal 75 x 50mm hardwood pieces (about 2 metres apart), that hold the legs together. We then clamped the iron with another two pieces of 75 x 50 on top, so nothing would move. Once downward pressure was applied to the piece of iron that extended past the clamped piece, it bent easy. As you can see, there is a slight tear on one sheet on the edge.
Yes, we did measure where to bend it.
The only posts will be where the two L-shaped pieces join together, and in the opposite corners to the bent ones, to make a rectangular garden. 4 posts all up, but all will be outside the actual garden.
