Treat them like any other nut, raw or lightly roasted.

Like most nuts , taste is improved when lightly roasted.
The difference between a raw macadamia and its roasted alternative, as well as almonds. Haven't tried raw peanuts, but they wouldn't taste better than its roasted self.

They've got a way to go Mike. Mine are about the same and appear to be handling the cold OK. I tried one that fell early but was inedible.

Lissa the climate of cairns is classic trade wind littoral, somewhere between a Koppen Am and Af. In other words coastal mid tropical at 17 latitude with good dry season falls.
So far as aqis goes the genera Sacha and Plukenetia are not recognized but this is not unusual as they have a highly compromised and spotty taxonomic list.

Hi Trikuslaptop1,
I’m after seeds. Would you have any I can buy or know where I can buy them from?
