Need help identifying avocado tree (forum)

Jazzbaby starts with ...
I've just moved into a new house and am trying to identify what is growing in my new garden. There's a tree that I think may be an avocado tree, would anybody out there be able to confirm this? It's around 2.5 m tall and I've uploaded some pics of the leaves and flowers.
