My pink lady dwark apple tree doesn't look to good. Only brought it about 2 weeks ago. The leaves dont look very good at all. It is in a sunny spot all day, but gets most the morning sun. Please see pictures.

This is apple scab . You can look up all the conventional fungicides but I use 5 per cent lime spray . Makes the apples crunchier, too. One of the few organic remedies that lives up to its promise.

It's just 5% builder's lime in water ie 50 grams per litre. Spray in anticipation if possible and esp. after rain. The Chinese use wood ash for same purpose. I understand apple scab is absent from W.A.
