Plum Disease or Deficiency? (forum)

Zac starts with ...
I have a Gulf Ruby Plum that has a lot of mottling on the older leaves. I was wondering if it's deficient in anything, or if this may be some form of disease? I've attached some pictures and was hoping someone might be able to lend a hand. The new growth is lovely and green and the tree has a lot of new growth on it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
