Dwarf Ducasse may be small enough to fruit in a pot if you keep the fertilizer up to it.. Brisbane tho would be perfect to grow them in the ground.

No my plants are a little young yet - Blue Sky bananas at Tully have them tho, worth a try, you may need a permit first.

I once saw some Lady Finger banana's (I think that was the variety?) being grown in a pot hydroponically. The pot was actually one of those large plastic bottles with the top cut off it.(you know, the big ones used in industry for soap, about 20 or 30 litres I think from memory.) .... I have NOT much experience Myself growing banana's, but I have been told that "they do better in the ground, with lot's of fertilizer". .... I did see a massive one growing, it was planted on the site of an old septic tank.
