I'm sure it would be closely guarded if it was here. What a display!!
BTW the plantain you sent has come good after dying right down from the top damaged in the post. I thought it would continue to rot down to nothing but this stopped -there were still a couple of healthy rots - and now a new little spike is pushing up from the rim of the old corm. Amazing how tuberous plants just hold in there...

That's great Al, the old corm still had enough energy to push growth out of one of it's "eyes". This variety of plantain is a very thickset, stocky, short "tree". It's fruit hang only a foot or so off the ground. I was going to dig them all out but changed my mind, they are looking great. I'm moving the Rio-grande cherry tree instead.
