Topiary is the art of cutting and clipping trees into the form that you want.
I thought it would be fun if you had a Topiary fruit tree to add a picture of it below.
Here is a youtube video that Kath and Darren did using a Finger Lime.

I'm not into that amount of CONTROL over my plants but here's a couple of photographs since you asked for it. OK they're actually bonsai but the man bossing the new growth on that tree is into control; you can tell.

I have pre-purchased a finger lime tree from Daleys. I'd loved to try growing it in a topiary frame, if it will still produce some fruits.
