White spots on avocado

Hi,

for few months I try to identify what is causing my avocado leaves and stem to get white spots. I tried cleaning it with water and mild detergent and then sprayed with natural pesticide but it keeps coming back. Spots are also visible on the flowerpot itself! It is in a flowerpot, I grown it from seed in 2017. Thank you in advance, Kristina
