Fruit Fly and birds can be a problem and we recommend quality netting to cover the tree that is not harmful to wildlife.

Suggested varieties to grow alongside a Hass are Shepard, Sharwill, Fuerte, Bacon (if you're in a cooler climate)and Linda. Happy fresh avocado smashing.
