Mulberry - Hicks Fancy

$34.00 ($34.00-$54.00 choose a size)

Long red-black berries, maturing from Late November on. When fully ripe the fruit is very sweet and juicy with an unusual, slightly acid taste. This is a smaller tree with very good crops. Annual pruning is required as fruit is produced on new seasons growth.

Pear - Hood

$39.00

Large, golden yellow fruit with a creamy white flesh. Great for fresh eating as the flesh is crisp and sweet. Vigorous tree, resistant to blight. Subtropical variety Chill 350 hours.

Lime - Tahitian

$37.00 ($37.00-$69.00 choose a size)

The small to medium fruit is pale lemon-yellow with smooth thin skin. The flesh is a translucent pale green, tender and juicy with a true acid lime flavour. It is best to pick the fruit green as it can suffer from rot if left to ripen on the tree.

Longan - Seedling

$14.75 ($14.75-$59.00 choose a size)

A close relative to the Lychee tree but much larger, stronger and more cold tolerant. The fruit is deliciously sweet. Seed selected from the superior varieties. Even though not true to type the benefits include a vigorous tree making it more suitable for marginal climates. Cincturing at about 3-4 years of age can force earlier fruiting than normally expected from seedling trees.

Dwarf Persimmon - Ichikikijiro (NA)

$79.00 ($79.00-$79.00 choose a size)

Large, flat fruit of excellent quality, non-astringent and seedless when grown on its own. Being a dwarf variety it is well suited to backyards but is also a good commercial variety. Will fruit as early as March in the subtropics. Ichikikijiro generally produce only one flush of growth in the spring so don't be alarmed if your tree is not growing in summer, this habit contributes to their small stature.

Sudachi - Seedling

$24.00 ($24.00-$24.00 choose a size)

As well known as the Yuzu in Japan where this sour citrus originates it is considered an indispensable companion to eating matsutake mushroom. The freshly squeezed juice is used as an alternative to vinegar. Fruits form in tight clusters and are harvested when still green in Autumn although they do turn yellow-orange when fully ripe. Commonly used as a garnish the aroma is zestier than lemons or limes. This variety has some cold sensitivity and is best grown in sub-tropical to tropical areas. This product is a seedling grown tree.

Jakfruit - Crisp Seedling

After a few months the tree is flourishing and shooting up quickly in its new tropical island home in far north Queensland. I hope it produces good fruit.

Jakfruit - Crisp Seedling

I have mine growing in a pot on the patio. On the coldest days it comes indoors, otherwise I have it protected with a plastic cover. As the weather warms it gets lots of sun. It's been 1.5yrs now.
