Longan - Kohala (Marcot)

$74.00 ($74.00-$99.00 choose a size)

Large fruit with an aromatic sweet to spicy taste. Early season heavy cropping variety. Closely related to Lychees, Longans are highly valued in South east Asia. They are hardier and quicker growing.

Cherry - Royal Lee

$79.00 ($59.00-$79.00 choose a size)

Delicious, medium to large, dark red cherries, with a rounded to heart shaped look. This is a low chill cherry, requiring 200-400 hours of chill. Royal Lee requires a pollinator which has traditionally been the older Minnie Royal but flowering times of these 2 can be mismatched in warmer areas and an intermediary is helpful. The newer, self pollinating Royal Crimson blooming can bridge between these two. Bees are the main pollinating insects, so plant flowering herbs to attract them to your garden. Other stonefruit may also provide pollination services. Plant within 5m of each other for best results. Hand pollination could be helpful in years where flowering times are mismatched.

Mango - Alphonso

$59.00

Yellow skinned, medium size, only slight fibre, excellent quality. Sets well in subtropics. It is a favourite of India where it is the most desired of all the mangoes. So although not a huge mango the quality and taste is what makes it famous.

Mango - Bambaroo

$59.00

Superior grafted selection of Kensington Pride (Bowen Mango), made by DPI horticulturalists in Ingham, Qld. Fruit medium size, orange yellow blush, early ripening and very sweet.

Lychee - Lin San Sue

$69.00 ($69.00-$120.00 choose a size)

This attractive pink fruit has crisp, sweet flesh, ripening mid season. A new Australian cultivar, it has been selected to produce fruits with mostly small seeds.

Mango - Florigon

$69.00 ($69.00-$79.00 choose a size)

Definitely the winner in the taste department. The soft sweet flesh melts in your mouth. The fruit has a small seed and virtually no fibre and great flavour. Considered by some to be too small for the market it certainly makes up for its lack of size with taste. Yellow skinned, excellent quality fruits. Sets well in subtropics. Moderately resistant to Anthracnose, susceptible to Black Spot. Average wt. 300g. (Video - Grafting a Florigon Mango)
