Custard Apple - Paxton Prolific

$89.00 ($89.00-$99.00 choose a size)

A PBR selection of the popular Pinks Mammoth variety. It has a low seed count and excellent natural fruit set. This means that, unlike some other varieties, there is no need to laboriously hand pollinate each bloom to achieve a good harvest. Unpruned custard apples grow into very large trees. With dedicated, twice yearly pruning it is possible to restrict tree height and spread to 3-4m. This variety is subject to Plant Breeder Rights (PBR).The foliage is delicate on young trees, and our potted plants are known for their older leaves to turn yellow and drop during transport to conserve energy. This is not a problem long term. With care and acclimatisation they will bounce back

Lychee - Erdon Lee

$79.00 ($79.00-$129.00 choose a size)

This variety grows up to four times the average size of other lychee varieties with an average weight of 52g per fruit. The exterior of the fruit is dark greenish and red in colour. An exceptional lychee. This is the tree for everyone who has ever wanted to eat super sized Lychees. Trees are marcotted so you can trust you have an authentic Erdon Lee and harvesting your fruits in good conditions could begin in 2-5years. Lychees are a very popular fruit for very good reason.. they taste amazing. Erdon Lee ripens mid season.

Avocado - Secondo (A) ®

$79.00 ($59.00-$79.00 choose a size)

Superior flavour, with smooth, creamy flesh and pear-shaped, green-skinned, fruits that are textured like hass. A vigorous variety that commences fruiting in its 2nd year. Self pollinating. H Jul - Dec This is a local selection with Hass and Sharwill as parents that was selected by Daleys and is proving an excellent backyard variety as well as being our nursery favourite.

Canistel - Grey

$79.00

Canistel Grey is a large elongated variety with a unique shape, ripening in late winter/Spring in the subtropics. Canistels are best eaten when they are at their optimum ripeness to achieve a creamy consistency and a sweet custard flavour. Their flowers are formed on their branches, a feature called cauliflory, enabling them to be pruned to keep them small. They tolerate the subtropics quite well.

Planted in a warm, sheltered, north facing position and thriving. I cut the bottom out of a large pot and planted it in that so that it got the heat of the pot to start off and can then send its roots into the ground.
