Hi, I did a late Summer prune for part of Granny Smith to experiment, as I heard it can be a good time. Now there are tip blossoms, early May ( Melbourne ). Please advise. Thanks

Yes, you will get small ,pretty worthless apples as a second crop. Better to remove and allow the tree to re-direct energy to the summer crop.
