Henry starts with ...
I am contemplating having three apple trees in my backyard. Will the Pink Lady, Anna and Tropic Sweet be suitable cross pollinators between them? Daleys recommend the Granny Smith for the Pink Lady, but will the Anna and Tropic Sweet be just as suitable?

As I understand it, Anna and Tropic Sweet will cross pollinate each other but not Pink Lady. As low chill apples, Anna and Tropic Sweet (as well as Golden Dorsett) flower very early for apples - I'm in Sydney and my Anna and Golden Dorsett are flowering now. Conventional apples like Pink Lady will not flower until early to mid October approximately. As such, the blossom periods of the 'tropical' apples will not overlap with the blossoming time of the Pink Lady.
I would suggest you got a Gala, Fuji, Lady Williams or Granny Smith to cross-pollinate with the Pink Lady. All those cross-pollinators would be worth a try for the Sydney climate.
