Are these flowers? (forum)

Linton starts with ...
Noticed these spherical orbs in various colours that have formed on the branches of the Lakoocha tree, Artocarpus lacucha, which I got from Daleys a couple of years ago. Could you please confirm that they are flowers and if they are likely to develop into fruit. The tree is still growing well in a pot but thinking it might be best if planted in the ground.
