Hi Everyone, We have had an old avacado tree in our yard for over 25 years. It really took off after we built up a surrounding island to keep its roots dryer. I have never known what type it is, it is late maturing , ready now (April in Sydney) Big fruit , that take over a week to ripen inside, ripen with brown dots all over not uniform, creamy tasty flesh. I pollenate with a paintbrush and takeaway container and get some good sized fruit each year. Thanks
