Avacado Not Looking Well (forum)

This tree was planted three years ago and has been very healthy looking, but did not bear fruit. This year it is loaded with fruit, but the leaves do not look as good, they seem a bit wilted, and some are brown on the edges.
The soil is not wet or dry, it is loose and has just a little moisture.
I would love to get some experienced opinions.

Leaves are looking like that because the plant is diverting most of its energy into the fruit. As you have noted that your plant was looking great in previous years, but that was when it hadn't any fruit.
