Avacado Tree what disease is this (forum)

george starts with ...
Avacado Tree disease, i would like to kow what these disease are called and how can i cure them. the younger tree is about 4yrs old and its first fruit has what can bee see on close-up. the older tree has been around for years and it basically has the same disease but i thought it was due to how old the tree is. any and all help resolving this problem is well appreciated. thank you

Looks like it could do with some Sulphate of Potash fertilizer & Gypsum as well:-)
