Avocado losing leaves (forum)

Aim2XL starts with ...
Hi all! My Hass Avocado plant has leaves turning yellow, then going brown from the middle outwards. Have a look at the Pic's, the same leaf, outer, and underside shots. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction to what's happening, please? Hass & Bacon trees are now four years old, both have new leaves and flowers coming on. Is this leaf drop a normal process? The boronia beside these two trees has this on the leaves, not sure what it is either. Thanks for all and any comments.
