LJG starts with ...
I have an avocado tree grown from seed but I dint know what variety it is. It is well established but not fruiting. How do I create a tree that fruits?

To get fruit quicker you will need to graft scionwood of a variety you like & the wood should come from a tree that has had fruit......Once down you could expect fruit within 2 years...... Mike

Hi LJG,
that's a beautiful leaf good shot. Just keep the tree alive & happy with compost, mulch & water, it will fruit once it's ready, could be up to 8years+ till it fruits from seed, patience is key God willing it definitely will flower/fruit sooner or later.
Have you had any flowers yet?

Hi LJG, is the tree old and large enough to fruit ? otherwise you could investigate cincturing methods, it might induce flowering. Bark ring inversion might also be helpful.
