Brown Avocado Leaves (forum)

Cel & Les starts with ...
Our young avocado tree is barely a metre tall had developed brown in the centre of the leaves. Starts from the stem of the leaf up through the centre. Veins are not affected through the leaf. Just around the vein. Not brown from the edges of the leaf.

This looks like the leaf is growing old and is about to drop. A couple of leaves like that should not be of concern, but if all leaves look like that. the tree might be under some sort of stress. Do you get frost at your location?
