Bug eats pear tree (forum)

Orlando starts with ...
Something is eating at the pear tree I planted about 5-6 months ago.
Although growing nicely, the tree as a lot of leafs that have been eaten on the side or through. The only bug I could find on the tree is the one shown in the picture - very small and apparently inoffensive. I have also sprayed
