Hi all, just put in a Chilean Guava, seem's to be happy so far in it's position and it should get full sun to help it grow. Also wanted to get into worm composting, so I made myself a worm farm with two 20lt containers consisting of the feeding and collecting containers and put a tap in bottom one and purchased 1000 worms from bunnings.I do have a composting bin, so I will put the dog's do,do in this one.

If you worm your dog you won't be able to add dog do do to a worm farm.
It kills the worms, also i don't think worms would like to eat dog poo and lastly it would be very smelly
Might have to go to plan B on this one.
Congrats though on making a good farm - they can be expensive to buy

Hi Vin and Tiggerbow,
You can get specialized dog do worm farms, you can probably do this yourself if you find out what is different about the set-up (not sure, except for reserving the farm only for dog droppings).

Wow - very interesting - never seen one of these before - I think I will look into one. We have a very productive Labrador : o )
I think you would still have to investigate the worming tablet thing.
Thanks for the link Diana : o )

Thank's for the advice, Tiggerbow, but I don't worm my dog's and you can get a kit that will do doggy poo at Bunnings, I opted to make my own and with worms I saved $50 same set-up and got the worms off the same shelf. They should be composting worms.
