I am based in Melbourne & looking for coconut leaves to purchase. initially 200-300 leaves per month.
would anyone here be able to supply or would you know of someone who would.

The only way to get coconut leaves in Melbourne would be to order them online and have them delivered. You would not be able to find anyone growing coconuts in Melbourne (Outdoors at least) since they are impossible to grow outdoors.

Hi, Cairns to Townsville is another good option for coconuts.
You might try someone who supplies fresh green coconut fruit from Cairns or Melbourne shops that sell products such as Taro, Yams for Tongans, Pacific Islanders, Fijians, including some Indian shops for Fiji Indians.
You could try asking on Facebook groups like Cairns Buy Swap Sell.
If you search Coconut fronds on Facebook, some stuff pops up.
