I was wondering if I am able to buy such a plant in Australia and looking forward to getting your input with regards the purchase, if at all you know of anyone who actually has such a plant for sale it would be tremendous for me to call them to see if they would sell one to me. I could be contacted on my mobile 0488027558 at any time

Daleys nursery lists dwarf ambarella, although it is not currently available. You might not be able to grow it in Toorak anyway as it does not like cold temperatures.

I used to grow the some ultra dwarf hog plums pictured which I got from someone in Queensland in the past. The nursery in Police Road had plenty of plants recently but they might not be the dwarf variety. Although they don't like winter much, they were out in the open in the nursery and have survived well. They were very expensive but some of them already had fruit on them which is a bonus. Cheers!
