Dwarf Macadamia (forum)

I am having a problem with my dwarf macadamia I have had for about 6 months or so. I noticed a couple of leaves had been spun together by a spider, and the leaves have progressively died.
They are all now a rusty brown colour, although the stems and trunk are still alive. Some of the leaves are still green and flexible just near the stems. Can anyone give me an idea of what the problem may be and how I could fix it?

Sounds like spider mites to me, commen this time of year.
Rusty brown is the signs of the life being sucked out.
Any sucking insect killer at Bunnings should work.
