Hi Joseph
There's nothing sinister or weird about the dried leaf edges of you dwarf mulberry tree. Such characteristics are often exhibited by mulberry trees during autumn being deciduous creatures. I have two dwarf mulberries too, red and black. Later they will shed their lovely leaves.
Happy gardening :-)

Hi joseph_uq,
There could be 2 problems:
1. Leaf spot. see the attached doc.
2. Over fertilization (less likely)
Cheers.
