fig loving caterpillar (forum)

My Fig is being decimated by an evil green caterpillar.
What's the best way to get rid of them please? I've tried picking them off but they keep returning, no idea from where.
Should I just leave the plant to rectify itself or will it require some help eg pruning?
Thanks for any help
Peter

Dipel would work if you can spary the whole tree, its pretty eco friendly.

For such a small plant spray is the way to go. If you can stop rain washing away what you use there are a few options. Dipel as jimmy says is a good choice as it targets caterpillars.
