I have just obtained some fresh unsprayed paw paw leaves with stem. Can I safely make tea from these without any health risk. Thanks

Annaonline, & denise, it would seem that we are again denied furthur correspondence about cancer fighting botanicals by a selfish self possessed fanatic who is unable in his tiny mind to even consider that there may be a natural potent alternative to chemotherapy.
I have saved this post & will continue to repeat it when deleted by this maniac to ensure that other forum users may at least have the freedom to make a choice!

If anyone needs pawpaw leaves I have plenty of large self-sown seedlings all over the place as well as copious amounts of seed :)

I just went out to crush a paw paw leaf and the smell does remind me of bitter Chinese medicine which was my diet as a child. No way.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, bitter tasting food is good for certain health issues. Chinese medicine is not specific like modern chemicals. If I'm being vague it's because it is impossible to explain the Traditional Chinese medical system in a few simple sentences. For example, if five patients present the same symptoms to a Chinese doctor, they may each get a different treatment depending on the reasons that caused the imbalance in their body. One can never say "bitter" is good for "xyz", it's more complex than that.
