On the Sunday before Easter we had out 5th annual "Feast of the Senses" market day in Innisfail. It continues to be bigger and better and our fruit display was also bigger and more complex with over 50 types for display and tasting. The bamboo cart had its 5th appearance but we needed an extra cart this year. With fruits from Akee (Blighia sapida) to Zapote grande or Mamee sapote ( Pouteria sapota)discussions with visitors was near endless.Rambutans, Purple Mangosteens, Longan, Matisia and Champedak were among the fruits in plentiful supply for tastings.
