90% sure that it is Capparis Mitchellii, and if not, it is some other Capparis sp. This is an Australian native, with decent edible fruit, but take ages to mature to a fruiting stage. they are an arid plant, but will survive in the subtropics with care.
Daleys occasionally sells them as seedlings.

jakfruit etiquette says...
Its a Capparis, ie a Caper fruit. Not sure which species, there are a few native types, and from the pic, that looks like its bigger than C.spinosa the pickling caper. How big are those fruit ?
