Fruit Tree Identification. pics included. (forum)

FlowerPot starts with ...
Wondering what this fruit tree is. It isn't a papaya as the inside is yellow and has no seeds. Tastes pretty good in smoothies. The smell isn't that pleasant.

I think it might be a yellow papaya, sometimes they don't have seeds

Brain says...
In the absence of a male plant, you dont get proper seeds, instead, you get tiny white 'fluff' that are soft and doesnt look like seeds at all.
