Guava Raised spots (forum)

Hi just wondering if anyone knows what those spots are on my guava and any ideas on how to get rid of them? Thanking you in advance.

It's a bad scale infestation :-( Have a look at the different sprays available - it depends if you want to go organic or not - but there are many types to choose from at the hardware/nursery supplier.
