Can anyone help with what variety this guava is and any specifics how long it takes to fruit what time of year etc?

Norman they all look the same till they flower and fruit, it looks like your typical Hawaiian/Indian variety and mine have been fruiting for the last four weeks and have a couple of weeks to go.
