Cold stratify in fridge for 3 months in moist peat moss then plant out. May even germinate in the fridge.

An easy way to get date plumb persimmon is from a commercial persimmon bought from Flemmings, many are on date plum/lotus persimmon root stock. From experience if you cut a finger width root and then lift the stub out of the ground, while leaving the fibrous part in the ground the stub above the ground then sprouts, it is then a simple matter of transplanting. One could probably just dig the root out carefully keeping soil on and replant it with the stub out of the soil.

Bear in mind varieties like Fuyu aren't compatible with D. lotus and are often done on kaki rootstock

Thanks for reply.
Actually I am living in coastal area and I collect the seed from dry Date Plum Persimmon(fig. attached) so I am not confirm that I have Fuyu or D. lotus but one thing I confirmed that the drying process of the fruit is completely natural.
