Issue with bacon avocado tree (forum)

Hey, I have attached pictures of my bacon avocado tree. I live in the southern tablelands where the tree is covered with shade cloth from frost etc and cannot be attacked from birds or larger animals due to chicken wire. We have had a substantial amount of rain lately and the tree is secured with soft string to help with the wind.
I’ve noticed something has been eating the leaves and also some black on and around the leaves and eat sites. I have been regularly spraying with a copper solution to help combat the wet feet issue and have been spraying weekly with an organic bug and more spray which kills aphids etc and this has been successful on my other fruit trees. Any help on what the issue is and the solution would be great.
Cheers

Hard to avoid, I don’t worry about it. This is my 5 year old bacon. Old leaves are falling off & are being replace by new ones.
