Jaboticaba Leaves being eaten? (forum)

I have 4x Small leaf Jaboticabas from Daleys which I planted over 2 months ago.
They are regularly watered and mulched and have had new growth on all the plants. New growth and old leaves seem to be getting eaten by some pest or bugs but can't find any info about this on the web. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Thanks.

Leafcutter bees. I'd let them bee. They generally don't do much harm, other than cutting circles out of a few leaves.

Cool and very neat circles -Ive been using success to hinder any leaf curling caterpillars on my Jabs. Id rather do the tip pinching to promote side growth :)
