Maybe for a season or two but not to successful fruiting stage. Jakfruits produce very large fruit up to or over 20 kg, the tree needs to be large and strong enough to support the weight of these enormous fruits. They could be grown as an ornamental specimen in a pot for a couple of years but they are not suited to a life in a pot.

I would doubt very much if Jackfruit can be grown in indoor containers anywhere as the tree needs to be planted into the soil for it's enormous growth. They will not tolerate frost at all as in Illinois at 40'N latitude.

A friend of mine in Fairfield had a >10 year-old Jackfruit tree which could not bear fruit despite growing quite well. A severe frost killed the tree eventually!
