Hi, just wondering if the fruits from this plant are edible or is it just an ornamental and source of food for animals and birds? Thanks.

They smell kind of pungent citrus . I certainly wouldnt eat them and not sure if they are suitable for humans . Never seen anything eat them .

Nothing eats the fruit but birds eat the seeds.The aromatic and waxy fruit must be useful for something. Ulysses caterpillars are on them occasionally.
