Mandarin Health (forum)

Hi Gang, Please see pics attached of one of our first plantings. A dwarf mandarin. It went in the ground around Jan and has powered growing about 1 foot in that time. The new growth of the past 2 weeks or so is concerning us. It has this strange pattern on the leaves and they tend to curl around the edges and look quite unhappy, much lighter in colour than the healthy earlier growth too.
We had heavy rain for 2 weeks at start of March but it's been quite dry since. We also have a lawn bug plague at the moment which hit our turf quite hard. We are on top of them in the lawn, right beside this tree... could they be causing this or is it something else? We haven't seen any bugs on it. Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers

Ooops I should have added this to Vera's post which is quite similar in the past few weeks. Although it seems I have the streaks Wayne is talking about??? And my leaves aren't quite as curled as hers are. Wayne??? So would you diagnose this as leaf miner?
