can anyone help. these are on the leaves of my grated mango tree. its about 6 years old

This is a form of scale insects. If the tree is not too large, I would just rub them off by hand and continue to monitor for any new ones to avoid reinfestation. If the tree is too large, you can spray them with pest oil.
