Unfortunately, they will have trouble with your winter. There are a few that have survived down to -4 to -6, but the fruit is apparently not very good from those trees. I think Glenn is the best named cold hardy variety, but even seedlings will have little hope. Have a search for cold hardy mangoes on the net, and you might be able to get the names or details of folks from NZ, Nth California or other cold climate areas where they have been toying with seedling selections for cold areas, but Im not sure that any of those places would compare to Canberra...
