I treat my Mango for Anthracnose but I still get the undersides of leaves looking like the photo

I use Copper spray when not in flower and Mancozeb when flowering, mostly lately have only been using Mancozeb plus.

What you are doing is spot on. Are you using the Wetting Agent? That could be the problem. I know it's hard, but try to spray both sides of the leaves.
