Anyone else harvesting McDill. Some of the fruit is v.large and the taste is good but I have never tatsed the highly regarded sapotes such as Rainbow. Where does McDill sit in the ratings?

Although I haven't tasted it, it rates farily low on the scale, generally sweet but without the complex flavour of some of the more sought after varieties.

From a commercial point of view, mcdill is meant to be a very heavy cropper. Does anyone know of any one is aus that has this variety?
