Could anyone identify this infestation on my raspberry canes and advise a treatment please? (Preferably organic)

They are actually Passion Vine hoppers, Scolypopa australis, and are sap suckers on a variety of commercial crops. Control is best in around November when the juvenilles are about - they are known as "fluffy bums" (truly!) and secrete a lot of honeydew which can lead to sooty mould. Should be susceptible to natural pyrethrum based sprays.

Thank you so much Phil! I'm going to try a garlic and soap spray first, then resort to pyrethrum if that doesn't see them off.
