David is right; it refers to the mega tube - the large (only in relations to the regular small size) tubular container that holds the seedling/cutting. It's also my initials :)

MT means Mega Tube which are much smaller than a 140mm pot size or . They are much smaller and will take a lot longer to get settled in.
